Dr. Kai Stumper is a specialist in contract law, IT law, and data protection and is an expert in hearing and negotiation guidance. He is also sought after as a seminar speaker on all subjects in his consultation spectrum and has given more than 300 seminars to numerous educational institutions and companies, namely German Railways, Allianz Insurance, Siemens and Daimler.

As a qualified journalist and newspaper editor, Dr. Stumper has published more than 50 articles and three manuals on various subjects. After holding editorial positions with different newspapers, he moved on to study jurisprudence in Kiel and Hamburg and did part of his legal training course in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Hassan Al Mullah Law Firm, Riyadh.  Dr. Stumper also holds a doctorate (with distinction) in data security and new technologies that was conferred on him by Darmstadt University.

In the nineties, Dr. Stumper co-founded one of the most modern and innovative German law firms and has made it one of the best known and most successful offices in Germany today.

In 2008 he started a new law firm, incorporating it into the law-firm-network "firstlex". Together with a team of other specialists, he is set on developing his vision:  high-level consultation to exclude trials and other risks with foresight.
